Shipping Policy


1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. On our order page, you can select the option to receive an article of the same nature and the same price or less in lieu of an article reupture inventory. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, if you choose this option, we will replace the item with one of equal value and nature. Otherwise we will notify you or refund you the total amount of your order, depending on the original payment method.

2. Delivery Location
Available on our website items are available for delivery to an address in Canada. We also accept orders for international customers. Note that delivery charges will contact you by email to confirm your order and you will need to accept before, shipping it. All shipments outside of Canada are available at this time.

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time of 7 working days depending on the country of delivery. Delivery times are an estimate and start from the date of your order cinfirmation. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order in 7 working days from the date of your order. Business Day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays. Delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, mode of delivery, and the items ordered. Products can also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions
All our shipments are so discreetly and no mention of the shop appears on the package. All our packages are shipped by Canada Post and you will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your order including the tracking number of the latter, unless you tell us otherwise.

5. Shipping Costs
Once the control panel, transport costs will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for large and heavy. You will be informed of any charges on the payment page. Sales tax is charged depending on the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

Warranty
All our products are not exchangeable non refundable now and enjoy a 6 month warranty with invoice.
